Elder Care Placement Assistance Services:
Home health care and long term care is fraught with scary numbers.
More and more baby boomers are understanding that they might need nursing
home care and realize that this can run from $75,000 on up . We assist
many of our clients in the various retirement homes around Marin and
Sonoma counties in many ways. Our clients have found that our services
help to make the difficult and emotional decision-"what to do
with Mom and or Dad." We assist with how to go about either placing
them in a retirement home or staying in their own home with a caregiver
or a live in caregiver. When a son or daughter asks for advice we also
recommend caregivers whom are trustworthy and loving. We have a network
of really reliable caregivers that fabulous . We take care of the payroll
for these people and in some cases, such as Alzheimer's or dementia;
our staff will go in and supervise the whole household. Not just paying
their bills but also buying clothes and doing the grocery shopping.
Whatever a client in this situation needs, we are ready to provide.
We will even arrange for hair dressers to come in and do persons hair.
What ever the need we can fill it.

Estate Management:
Many of our clients contract us to manage their whole estate. Our staff will pay bills, hire housekeepers and handymen, supervise all domestic help and assist in personal planning for the family. For this type of client a staff member is usually in their homes on an average of 3 times a week. We will even pick up dry cleaning and take the car to the garage or the dog to the vet!!! Many of our clients are too busy to be bothered with this stuff and so we fill that need for them.
Executor and Trustee Services:
Many of our clients do not have anyone to be their executor or trustee
of their wills and trusts. Some people just
do not want the family knowing their finances
and want an outsider, to handle such private
matters. Contracting with AIS is simpler.
There is no fighting with siblings about who
should get what or why was this or that was
done. We administer the will and trust as per
our client's instructions. Other people just
do not have anyone to handle their affairs,
as they have no children.
